Severe agitation during mixed episodes. It is almost unbearable, and is the most dangerous symptom I get.

My tendency to impulsively act out of emotion and sabotage my own life. Also my anxiety and panic attacks. I don't get them much with my medication that i'm on anymore, but if I don't take medication it takes a big strain on my heart.

I think the obsessive/intrusive thoughts I get to the point of near paranoia. It's probably more of an OCD trait thing but it interacts with my moods to make a nightmare! I have believed I am an actual monster, felt scared I might harm someone, scared of others. It steals my identity, I no longer know what's real, and it makes it harder to fight all the other symptoms when I lose myself like that.

Because I'm not sure how this sight works. I didn't realize people responded to my post. There were two occasions that I unsuccessfully attempted to take my life. On the road a lot and so so alone. Go through maniac moments(uncontrollably atm) a voice from a live person helps, I find. I have pushed everyone I care about away, I think for a defensive approach . Which in turn makes me even more alone. People that are "normal" do not understand!! So yes I'm hurting really bad atm

The anxiety. I have days on end that I don’t leave my apartment.

Insomnia---though a deep dark depression is much worse--it is just that I have had some insomnia (at least a few days a week), my entire life! Fortunately, the depression has never been a constant thing for me. I have had lots of happy moments my entire life. That is such a blessing I know!

My mom had LOTS of migraines; sometimes I wonder if she was bipolar. She could be so passionate and upbeat--worked all the time, never slept from the POV of a child but also depressed, irritable and a bit self absorbed at times....

Have you tried imitrex? It worked miracles on my migraines. It might be worth asking a doctor about

May I choose three I`d like to get rid of. The deep depressions that totally consume me. The horrible anxiety and panic attacks . And the horrible insomnia. I can`t sleep without meds. I don`t know what it`s like to just lay my head on the pillow and fall asleep naturally and it`s been that way for a long time.
