I did , I felt like I was 100% disabled by the military and social security and am permanent and total so could not work anymore or go to school which made me feel worthless and that my Bipolar condition had taken everything from me. Then I decided to start diet and exercising again to get back in shape and now feel there is hope.

I know I am not actively thinking that way. I just had an adjustment the other day to my sertraline. maybe that's it. usually I don't really dwell on this type of thinking.
please don't anyone freak out. I know I didn't word things correctly in my first post. I am just very low. I tried to delete the original post but couldn't find a way to do it. does anyone know how to delete the post? I realize I just shouldn't have said anything at all and waited for my mood to pass. which it has. mixed episodes for me today I guess. I did some reading about sertraline and this is a known issue with mixed episodes / down moods. Don't worry about me. I am fine.

Moods change around here like underwear. It was honest at the time. Don't sweat it. I'm glad you have a possible reason for the shift and I'm glad you're feeling a little better! I'm not worried. I'm hopeful and grateful you came here to be with friends when you were feeling low.

I feel like this sometimes too. At my lowest of lows, and you are not alone.
