I'm grateful for laughter. I am grateful for the birds visiting my window feeder. I am grateful for the clean feeling of the air today.

I believe I wrote this a while back, but want to repeat that I am extremely grateful for all of what my sister has been doing for my father. She is an amazing woman! She is doing things that neither my brother nor I can easily do. A while back, I told my father how important my sister has been helping him (and my brother and me) with so many things. I hope he listened. I will reiterate that to him when I see him next.

It is really heartwarming to see how much you love and appreciate your sister. Thanks so much for sharing this with us BirdDancer.

I'm grateful for my care manager. She called to check in with me and then brought me a mask since the executive order mandating we wear them in public takes effect tonight and I didn't have one yet

I am grateful to have a place to sleep, food to eat, and clothes to wear. I used to take these things for granted until I became homeless. I am doing well now but being homeless really changes one's perspective about life. Thank you, dear Lord, for your blessings!!

I am grateful also for the ability to choose my perspective, and change some of it if needed/wanted. I'm grateful for those who freely offer support and kindness, and their perspectives.

I'm grateful that my husband and I saw our first two hummingbirds of the season a couple days ago. A little girl, and then a little boy. I'm grateful that the grass looks greener and the trees look healthier than they have for quite some time. I'm grateful that my jasmine plant is blooming, my African violet will soon bloom, too, and that our cyclamen has been looking wonderful for a long time. My thumb is getting greener with the help of my husband's research on plant health.

I'm grateful that I seem to have lost the pounds I gained, despite my increased Seroquel XR.

Yay for hummingbirds! We have seen a few in the past couple of days as well. How can you tell if they are male or female? I just notice their colors. They are beautiful!

I am grateful for differences. They push me and pull me, but they help me to expand and challenge me to love more fully.
