I know. And right now I’m not ok. I am waiting for my pdoc to call me back. I am tearful and low. All I want to do is go back to sleep but I already slept past 12:30. I am trying to do some things during the rest of my day so I will stay awake and maybe lift my mood. I have to go pick my oldest daughter up from school in about 1/2 hour so I have to get dressed and brush my teeth for that. I’ll start there. Thanks for checking on me.

My day did get a little better. I went to a support group this evening, it’s one I regularly attended a couple of years ago and it turns out that one of the two therapists that lead it left and has been replaced with a therapist I used to see. So, I still knew both therapists and a lot of the members were from back when I used to attend. I did like that therapist, I stopped seeing her because it became evident that she wasn’t skilled in working with bipolar and I think I was just a bit much for her. So anyway, I felt right at home. It was a good release.

I have already left the house this morning to do some running so my mind has been preoccupied. So far, so good. I also texted my t to see if she can fit me in this week as last week we pushed my appt time back to 2 weeks thinking I was doing better. I am waiting to find out. She texted me back and told me she’s out of town and her planner is at home. She’s going to let me know tomorrow evening. Thanks for the well wishes!
