I don't like being me, I really don't
I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum. As some of you know I don't trust doctors in this forest (not usa) .. its probably my fault since I am not....

I was actually feeling a bit better some of the time... the horrible anxiety wasn't as bad...(although that probably wasn't obvious from my posts, my base line mood was improved)

But as expected.. then came the crash

I'm safe, just venting

hugs and respect to all here

Sorry you aren’t doing well fuzzybear
Is anxiety the main problem right now? The main thing that has helped me the most with anxiety is the book DARE by Barry McDonaugh... it has literally improved my anxiety sooooo much- you can find it on Amazon
Hugs & hope you feel better soon

This is the right place. We can provide a safe 'cave' for you to rest in while you're feeling this way. Shelter in for a while until the rain stops.

Sorry you're not feeling great right now. I hope that will change soon and things will improve.

If you like reading, I can recommend it. It helps me to travel to another reality for a moment and makes me forget my worries and anxiety, at least for a while.
