Does diet play a role in the severity of the symptoms? I read some information on bipolar disorder and I was wondering about that.

I believe diet plays a BIG role in my symptoms. I have found for me personally that cutting out meat and cutting back on dairy, wheat and sugar has worked wonders for me. I also take fish oil and Vitamin B (along w/ multi vitamin and vitamin E) every day. Try eating raw foods and organic when possible. It took a week or so for me to feel different but I feel more stable and also more confident and stronger (physically). If you want to PM me feel free to and I can share more tips or encouragement. girlN
