God, I hate this bipolar crap.

I went from feeling upbeat and happy to low and moody in a split second - well within an hour. I don't know why it happened like this tonight but I hate it.

I feel like &&T^*W#$)@#$% right now.

Why does this always happen this way for us? UGH!

I am really sorry, LadyS. I have these kinds of rapid mood shifts all the time lately. I have no idea what it is or why. I am of no use to you--sorry. But I just wanted you to know someone here empathizes and cares. I hope you feel better soon.

The most effective tool for me is some kind of nap or sleep. But I can't sleep anymore, so I just have to suck it up. Sending you support and hugs.

Sorry to hear that. Bipolar sucks.

I hope this horrible feeling passes soon for you. Keep fighting and take things easy. Self care is most important right now.

So sorry you’re feeling like this. This happens to me sometimes for no reason. It’s like flipping a light switch on and off.

Awww you are of use to me!! It's the worst isn't it? We literally have NO IDEA where in the heck these rapid mood shifts come from. If I knew why or at least how to anticipate it maybe I could handle it better. Thank you so much for empathizing and making me feel that I am not alone.

Bipolar sucks big time! I got a good night's sleep, got up and had breakfast, so I am trying to take care of myself so I don't feel so up and down. The feeling passed, but I am just sitting here dreading another one, which doesn't help at all. UGH!!!

Man, my light switch is broken, that's how many times it flipped on and off! It does happen to us for no reason right? I am hoping I have a better day today.
