hey Bizi I got numerous days of sleep while taking Ambien but I have stopped taking them, I need then for when I am going-- day with no sleep

how many ambien did she give you? not 30 days worth or you would not be only taking them after no days of sleep.
call and ask for more since it is helping you get some sleep.

Just curious....
I had 3 beers earlier tonight and that was enough.

I did not go out with jeff to the pit fire social gathering out doors.
I would have drank more beers and that would ruin my chances
of getting a good nights sleep. I hardly slept last night.
stopping so early before 6 pm...I think I will sleep well.
At least I hope so will set an alarm for 8am, and force
myself to get up. Jeffs flight leaves earlier than he thought.
I don't think he has packed yet. We just saw Katheryn and

Paul last night for dinner. Mike is nice but his wife

Lisa rarely talks to me, like she doesn't like me for some reason.
Jeff took in our new kitten in for her rabies vaccination and check up.
He told the vet that she mushy stools, He said she may have eaten a

bug or some thing. Well tonight she had diarrhea in

the kitty litter box. She did not cover it up, so when Jeff returns
after the gathering I will show him the diarrhea

(that is if the other cats don't cover it up)

I found some heinekin 0.0 non alcoholic beers that I really like

so I could have gone after all. I like these beverages a lot.
In reality, I just did not want to go. I guess.
Thought I would spend some time on the computer

and maybe go to bed earlier.

Hey Bizi !

I hope you can sleep tonight ! Isnt it weird how odd some people can be .. Theres a few people in my life that have been that way , I dont get it. People are weird.

My Pdoc gave me 30, its not something that I ask for .. Maybe couple years ago I asked him for some... I just build up a tolerance with in a week or 2 at most with daily use. Hes fine with my taking them, He knows I stop taking them before they quite and just use them very rarely

Where is Jeff going ??? New kitten? Awwww I bet its a cutie and I hope that there nothing wrong, I had a dog once everytime that he got his yearly shots he would be feel lousy and have soft stool and yakked some..

Glad you found a zero alcohol beer that you like

Jeff leaves in the morning. saturday to saturday, so one week.
That is a bummmer that the ambien stops working for you!!!!!
sorry if I pestered you about it.
I don't have any real plans except ,I am starting my diet aug first.
so that is for the month of august I will not drink any alcohol and eat healthy foods. I will follow a healthy carb diet.
see if I can bring back down my thyroid level. It was elevated before and went back down to normal after I had a months alcohol free, hope to do it again!
we have 3 cats right now Hazel is the oldest 12 years old, harper who is a year old and the hallie kitten who is 4 months old.we love them all. hazel tolerates them. the two younger cats get along swimmingly! @~Christina, do you have any cats or dogs?

I am being very lazy, tried cooking the other night, it did not go well.
after dropping jeff off jeff at the airport,
I was not paying attention to where I was going.
and went out of my way. so stopped at the waffle house for a big breakfast.
I love their omelets, hash browns and biscuit.
So much for starting my diet today. Jeff is gone one week.

I wish my pdoc let me email her.
I need to be able to tell her whats been going on.
I did not get the haldol injection on the 20th like

I was supposed. So I have been taking 10mg of

haldol twice a day which is a lot.
Think I will go back to 5 mg a day 2x a day,

what she prescribed. I have been so groggy

these last few days. I think I will cut in half the klonipin
(i think that .5mg would do the trick)I really like being able

to sleep but this sedated feeling in the mornings is awful.

The kitten hallie is 4 months old and weighs 5.8 pounds,

they told us she would gain a pound once a month.
over all black except for white paws and has some tan on her face.

they called her a calico but She has some markings starting
to appear, kind of like brindle,

maybe she will turn into a tortishell they have attitudes

and are not good around children. He eyes are beautiful golden.
She is very quirky.
She had some diarrhea yesterday, lucky she made it to the kitty box.

I ate a lot today.this morning after dropping jeff

at the air port I missed my exit so drove a bit

further and there was a waffle house so I eat

there, a fiesta 3 egg omelette with ham,

tomatoes and cheese and lots of hot peppers.
common hispanic pepper. feel silly I can't spell it,
it is the most common pickled peppers that

are green and used to make poppers with

cream cheese and bacon wrapped around them,

they are delicious!
anyway, it came with hash browns and a biscuit.
Big breakfast!

I was so tired I came home and went back to bed.
Got on the computer the it was 5pm ready for dinner.
I went to chris'por boy. Had some gumbo cup of it

and that comes with bread which I did not eat.

I did eat the rice. and a small salad

that came with cabbage instead of lettuce.

came home and wanted something sweet.

I had a blueberry yogurt. boy that was good!
It was a lot of food today, have not had any

alcohol today so that is good.

I am drinking those 0.0 beers heinikin makes them
they just take out the alcohol so all of the taste
is there and I like it!
I have paper work to do so should sign off.

Awwwwww Cute names

I have a 29 year old Daughter.

We have 2 dogs, Both Mutts . One rescued after he was thrown out the window of a car " Dexter" He was only 4-5 weeks old. Then Sirius about 3 months old I found the day he was brought to the pound, He had been hit by a car. Had I not taken him right to the vet he would have died in another 2 days, He had a horrible infection on his right front leg. The nasty pound up here does not do any vet care they are just here in hopes they may have picked up a lost dog or found a stray after being hit, lousy place , just disgusting, That is why I wanted to save one from there

We use to have Horses, Goats, Chickens , Rabbits, ducks 8 outside dogs, strays always came here and barn cats galore we got two and had both fixed they wandered off the first years but roaming cats showed up , wasnt going to keep taking them to get fixed, most all ver feral they stick around for a while , run out of mo=ice to eat or something and move on LOL ... But I couldnt ride my horses anymore and they were expensive pasture ornaments.. SO then the goats we sold, chicken rabbits etc etc ... Rehomed all but 2 dogs. About 3 miles behind us through the woods some out of state guy bought up an old place and I know he killed anything that stepped foor on his land,, Total monster. Everyone dogs out here roam around romp through the woods and play in the ponds .. Couldnt prove it , but we all knew .. So now these two are fully indoor dogs , I take then to the pasture to let then run. There is a stray barn cat ive seen around for a while, He/She is after roadents and it knows to get outta the dogs way, Dexter doesnt know the difference between a cat, rabbit or possum.. So it does its thing and I dont fool with him ( I think its a he) lol

I miss all my horses and goats etc , But we were spending so much a month of animal feed and hay rolls it was nuts LOL

But it was fun..

My husband is diabetic type @ and in 5 weeks he has lost right at 30lbs. so its a low carb and of course no sugar stuff . Hes not feeling deprived at all , i havent fully committed to being as strict yet, I know I have too and lord knows losing weight is needed, Im just still in stress eat mode

Any fun plans this week?????

We have 3 indoor cats, all rescue cats
We lost hobbes at 14 of kidney disease
Harriet at 12 oral cancer
Back in March of this year: lost hattie at 10 years old to injection site cancer. that was horrible.


We have hazel who is 10 years old and is missing hattie. She has a strange cry now...very sad for her. she is not happy with the 2 new cats.

2 new cats: Harper just turned 1 and is a very long cat. Beautiful calico, mostly buff white. and then hallie the 4 month old kitten.

Aw, Hallie sounds adorable. I've raised and adopted many cats. I currently live with 5, four I've had since kittenhood and one I adopted when he was 4 years.

I've owned both calicos and torties, they were very gentle and sweet - great with kids. Tuxedos are also terrific family pets, very bright and clever. Tabbies are hilarious characters! The most delicate ones, in my experience, are the long-hairs. They require a quiet, low-stress environment.

Sme years ago I lost my precious soul mate cat, Kerouac, to injection site cancer. What a cruel fate. I was really lucky, she was fifteen.

Our new vets vacinate the pets now in the thigh, leg so
If they get that type of cancer they can take a leg off to get rid of this aggressive cancer. ours was where she had had some fluids saline given to her when she was sick and dehydrated.

I guess it is more common then is ever talked about. Because it was my husbands cat hattie was very active still though the wound/cancer kept growing. Hubby insisted that we do dressing changes. The cancer had spread to cover half of her back, finally he let me put her down, it was an awful time because jeffs mother past away at this time. He dug a hole and i took her in then brought her home and jeff burried her.WE flew out the next day to help make arrangements. I have posted about this before but she died of myosthinius gravise MG. It is an awful disease.
We now have 3 cats buried in the back yard and 3 living in the house. We don't let them get out side though 2 of them try to get out.

So far I got some things done today:
woke up at 10am and got dressed
went to hub city diner for lunch, had a BELT
bacon, egg, lettuce tomato sandwhich

was delicious I complimented the cook!

watered jeffs plants out side

Filled pill box for one week
went to sally's for new nail polish and A soap bottle for work
Went to a drug store looking for foaming soap,
found one at our local grocery store
Uniforms washed and put away
2nd load of laundry is drying
made copies of paper work for my new charts
dollar tree for big bottles of liquid soap and lotion
pet smart to get new kitten food
drug emporium la croix cranberry sodas
unloaded the dish water


I need to make up new charts which takes
time and is tedious

so I guess I will do the august planner since it
does not take too long to do

I talked on the phone for 45 minutes

with my sister as they were driving back

from the folks house for a visit.

They have been going monthly.
I mentioned getting mom and dad

a new dish washer, for christmas.

Theirs is horrible!
She said lets think about that.
We could give them a gift card to

lowes or best buy.
and that way they can pick it out....
honestly I don't know how expensive they are.

anyway I have been on line for too long.
But I deserved a break as I have been busy.

putting in a new screened in porch.
removing the handicap ramp that goes into the dining room.
New roof, new air condenser out side. Our friend Dan is taking
care of the yard work that needs to be done, mulching etc.
Jeff is going to wash the north side of the house that is green.

That is a big job. they are going to paint the upstairs

white ceiling and light gray walls. That is a big job in it self.
I need to quit because I am going to have a heinikin0.0 no alcohol

and start on my paperwork that I have avoided all day.

Am done working for tonight, cleaned the kitty litter boxes
made a deposit, talked to my sister/twin/gretchen for a while,
her girls my nieces make us proud.Our first baby in 25
years her name is emerson, she is 9 months old. and
has 6 teeth now. She got her first cold from day care at
$60 a day. Taylor is working from home 3 days a week
so has to pay for child care those 2 days a week.
If they make her come back in 5 days a week she will quit.
That is a very high price for child care. Her loved one is starting
the police academy, just got sworn into office last week.
He was a deputy sheriff in north carolina , you have to take the
police academy for each state. My other niece is
working on finishing up her schooling to be a PA,
physicians assistant, has a couple of more rotations
and she will be done graduate in 4 months.She has loved it!!!!!
My other sister has a son who is getting ready to
test for his law degree He finished and we were going
to fly out there to Rhode island. He met a gal at
law school they moved to new york to be closer
to her family. she broke up with himand he moved
back to rhode island to be with friends, they study
together for the bar exam.
anyway, made it to day 2 of Alcohol free august.
I ate way too much today.

Today I feel depressed.
I got up late again and called the

assisted living home

I was to see 3 people from there but usually

call first before just going there.
she said there were two new cases. So it was
not a good time to come.

Thank goodness I had a regular client to call.

So I saw 1 client today.Watered hubby's plants,
played with the cats.
The kitten was most interested in playing with the string.
Actually it is a chord with the entire silky
thread like innards pulled out and discarded.

I went to the store that I buy my heinikin 0.0

wait for it!

I thought I bought 15 cans x 2 because they were on sale.
came home and put the first case in the refrigerator and the

other in the bottom of a cupboard.

I started drinking them and they were in cans.

They tasted funny so I called jeff and asked him if the

cans could make it taste different. He said absolutely!
So I am on my 3rd beer. and finally looked at the

case and it said 3 bonus 0.0. So I have been drinking
the regular heinikin beers full of alcohol.
sigh
there goes my AF streak of 2 days. I was really ******
off the way they labeled the cases. so they were 12
reg beer and three alcohol free.
sigh
I am going to have to search the case to find the 0.0 ones.
So I have drank 3 reg beers and 3x 0.0 beers.
I just did not look hard enough at the packaging.
Tomorrow will start a new day one.

the 0.0 beer is so much better than the reg heinikin
Which gave me a head ache.
Lesson learned...read the small print!

When we had all the animals Steve would go to Florida on his own to see his boys,- 4-6 times a year. Amanda lived up here but spend summers and either winter or Spring break with her dad in Florida and of course Christmas . I spent most Xmas's alone as that is when they would both be in Florida, But I was working 12 hour shifts yet still able to get everyone fed and stalls cleaned and hay rolls moved.. Ahh the good ole days before my body said " oh you think you can do everything ? well here take FIbro and try"

Crazy how life has a habit of changing my plans.

I don't think I want to be on remeron.
I just read up on It is known for its weight gain constipation, building up high tolerance addiction possibility. plus you need more and more to be effective.
I don't want to take it anymore.
It is a prn any way. so I will just take it out of my pill box for the rest of the week.
