Maybe I am a giant baby. Maybe I feel vulnerable at 56. But this event has placed a giant tarp of fear and anxiety on me since, like, 4 am. What am I anxious about? My president suffering and dying a horrible death. Chaos. Russia. China. Iran. Terror groups. Madness. Kind of freaking my stuff. Big bike ride helped. Albert comforts me. But I am really scared. What if a Russian missile lands on my pdoc's house? Who would take care of me. Prolly sound like a baby. I used to rebuild infants' noses pieea cake listening to Led Zeppelin This? I am super frightened.

Fear it all you want, but ask yourself... What value does the fear bring? Maybe it is super valuable, but I am guessing it not only does not add value, but that it also takes away from what you could be offering otherwise.

How does fear help DT? It doesn't. It's negative energy on top of a negative situation.

Bombs on your pdoc, well if that happened we'd have much bigger problems than a lack of med refills.

A wise lady once told me, nothing is wrong until it is. Essentially she's saying don't borrow trouble. Worrying about other countries and world chaos is not yet warranted at this stage. It is one slight possibility of many. And... There's nothing you could personally do to avoid it if it became an eventuality. What do you think of Mike Pence? He'd be the guy in charge for a while. I doubt he'd allow complete chaos without fighting back.

In essence I'm just saying invest your energy where it can add value. I'm glad to know you got out on the bike and that Albert is helping. Those are two great updates. Maybe find a movie or craft or something to do tonight.

You're not being a big baby. It sounds like you're feeling extremely stressed, cyclist. DT contracting covid is a huge reality check; it's not surprising to me that many people are going to feel very shaken up. And for us, being even moderately shaken up can have a resounding repercussion.

How are you feeling safety-wise, as far as your personal safety?

I'll toss in that listening to music (sure, Zep works!) is a healthier way to cope than immersing oneself into the news, just in case you're tempted.

Oh, okay. Yeah. Noone would listen to me or whatever. But, I will try to put energy into a show, maybe. Thank you. See if I can calm myself down.

I hear you bicyclist. I was fortunate to hear the news while in my T's office. Working with T on breathing and guided imagery allowed me to find a sense of calm. I hope that you can use some breathing and possibly music to help yourself.

Yeah. Just had a giant cry. Feeling vulnerable and alone. Read my bible. Prayed. Albert kissed me. Feel calmer now, finally.

I am safe. Thanks. Just a hard day for me. Hugs!

Sometimes a good cry is the best thing. I hope you're able to find some rest tonight.

What surprises me is that he didn't catch it months ago, with his cavalier attitude. Hopefully this will encourage more people to wear masks and take other precautions so as not to spread covid.

Feeling safe and pretty grounded. Thanks. Ironically, watching Season 3 of Ozark w Linney and Justin Bateman. Linney's a cartel launderer and her bro has bp 1. He gets manic and spiritually on fire and tells their cartel partner's 16 yr-old, who thinks mom is a Chicago lawyer, that she runs the cartel. Few issues. Anyhoo, might be the most realistic depiction of our illness and its pt-family dynamic I have ever seen. Everyone's anguish perfectly portrayed. Flawless. It is our lives exactly. Hugs.
Might wanna check it out. Netflix.

Thanks a lot. Was sorta panicking. Prayer, breathing, meditation, and your support and kindness calmed my amygdyla down. No Klonopin. Thank you so much for helping me!!!!

I think Trump will be OK. He's older but in fairly good health, and he they are going to give him a lot of good doctors. It is a little scary, but I do have faith he'll be fine.
