Trigger:
I am being harassed by voices Ok, i feel like the worst human being, i feel i do not deserve to live I bet you I an doing everything the best I can but they wont leave me I am being harassed and verbally abused by voices. I guess they are here because i feel sligthly depressed and it is easy to take advantage of me rigth now. But i do not understand why they are doing this to me. I am working reallyhard My intership has been temporally cancelled because of the coronavirus (I live in spain).

 OlivierB, of course you deserve to live! And we all want you here.It sounds very scary what you are going through. Is there someone that you can tell about these voices? Your doctor? Or at this time, even just a close family member or friend? Can you call someone right now? I know it must be getting a little late in the evening in Spain, but it's not too late. The coronavirus is scary. Many in my country, the US, are getting more and more concerned. My sister in law in Czech Republic is getting concerned because there are coronavirus cases, there, too. But we can get past this with the proper precautions. We are strong and can fight off the virus. You can even tell the harassing voices that they have no match against you. |

I'm so sorry. With everything going on it sounds to me like you're overwhelmed. Just way too much stress. I'm so sorry about your internship. Our governor here in California just declared a state of emergency due to the virus. I wish it would just go away - hopefully, a vaccine will be found. I believe that everyone is stressed over the whole thing.

Finally I went to ER... They said I have insomnia, anxiety, subdepressive mood and hallucinations.

My new psychiatrist phoned me.
She said I may have a seasonal pattern and prescribed me asenapine (Saphiris).

It is REALLY good your Psychiatrist is trying to help, @OliverB! I COMPLETELY agree with ALL the other wise and wonderful posters! Just stay strong like you're already WONDERFULLY doing! Just try your best and see how it goes. I am so sorry that ALL of this is happening!
Stay strong. You can do this. We are here for you if you want to talk about ANYTHING!
