I was saying to Papa bear today that it feels like.... edited.
Even on my “wall” it is there. It’s like walking along a beautiful path and ugly road signs with cruel words on them keep popping up.. But I believe we will get through “this” together... Love and respect

I have a phone appointment with my pdoc on Monday. I think I can make it until then and see what she suggests. I'll do anything to avoid IP. I feel like I've been there too many times, and my last hospitalization was kinda traumatizing so anything to avoid the guards.

Spikes, I understand you wanting to avoid IP, It not a vacation but its a needed place when you are unable to stay safe... Do you have any PRN's you can take to help you get through the weekend ? If you can't stay safe please go to the ER

Yeah, I have Ativan. I just took one so hopefully I'll sleep tonight and maybe feel a bit better tomorrow???

I'm tired of being treated with disrespect by those who are paid to ''help'' irl And being told there is ''no point'' in talking about how I feel So many are muzzled completely in this forest irl and put into chemical straight jackets. I question the morality of those who think it is ok to treat fellow humans in such a barbaric manner
