Seems longer? We go into the official lockdown at midnight but I've been staying home for weeks now with just 2 outings to pick up food and medicine. Mum hasn't been out in a lot longer. Not since they cancelled PT. watching a cute movie with Fox in it, from 1991, Doc Hollywood. Not exactly my kind of movie but it's a cute time waster.

I'll add something else I've been doing, meditation. It's been extremely helpful in managing my stress, which is very high during this time of course, so I'm practicing that every day. And another thing is writing down what I'm grateful for each day in my journal. Doesn't have to be anything big/major, could be simple as, had a nice peaceful morning, had a good cup of coffee, talked to my sister over the phone, etc. anything to remind me that there are always still things I can be thankful for in my life.
