Things are scary right now We are all trying to make sense of what is going to happen, are we prepared ? Will I get sick? will a family member or friends get sick??? My mind can take off on a racing hot mess. I am just trying to keep calm. Im actively ignoring the news except for a few minutes a few times a day.. As if we Bipolar folk dont have enough stress , right???

I love lots of the emojis PC has to offer but the following are my favorites

I have no idea why I dont use them on a more regular basis

Anyone have some favorites?

well if you want a funny story I just spent 30 minutes of my life digging paper towels from my bsmt uplift comode that my daughter in-law stopped up . . . . picture a 62 year old fat man standing on his head with his arm up inside a crapper . . . sounds funny to me and I was he . . .

I went to Walmart yesterday and insisted (diplomatically) that they had charged me for my groceries and lost the order. Turns out my order was for Saturday and I thought yesterday was Saturday. Was my face red! They kept looking and I kept insisting.

is my favorite.

I figured it out and was so embarrassed that I drove off when they went back inside. I went back today and thankfully different folks were there.

Speaking of funny and lighthearted; my around 14 year 16lb cat was running around like a kitten this morning. Toss' the hair thingy into the air catching it jumping on it and pounding it with his hind legs. Wish I woulda filmed him.

Now this is something I would do

I have to have a watch that tells me the date and the day or I am lost.!
I am glad you have gotten your order!
I did an order with a .com comp;any and it then disappeared?
I called customer service and they said the order was canceled. They did not know if they cancelled it or what had happened to it???

They told me to order again. I went back to their site and it was then clear to me their site could not handle the business. It was signing me in and out every 30 seconds!!

I left and went to a bigger .com and all is well!!! :

Great story, Jennifer!!! Much Love!

I'm not a heavy emoji user, but like all of the ones shown. I guess the spinning on the head is the one that I most enjoy using.

I'll tell a couple funny stories about things I either said to my psychiatrist in the past and/or things he said to me. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks they're funny. [I have my own brand of humor.] Perhaps you'd have to be there.

Story # 1
One time, a long while back, when a bit hypomanic, I was sitting in my psychiatrist's waiting room. As usual, I knew he was about to come and get me because I heard him go into the bathroom. He always goes to the bathroom before opening the waiting room door to greet me. After he was done, he opened the door and I skipped down the hall into his office and plopped down on the sofa. As soon as he entered (I was a mile ahead of him), I then said, quite rapidly and excitedly, "I've always wondered why you always go pee right before my session. Is it because you worry that what you'll see and hear will make you piss yourself?"

Shocked, of course, he paused and replied, "If you were my age you'd know that I have to pee before every session."

Story # 2

At the end of every session with my psychiatrist, he goes to his computer to schedule a future appointment for me. This time, something was wrong with his computer and he quizzically stated that there were two BirdDancer's in his system. I then replied, in a frightened sounding way, that "That would be scary, especially if I walked up to her. I might have to kill her and you'd have to call 911 !"

Story # 3

It was just before Christmas and I was complaining to pdoc that I was already starting to eat too much. I said that I ate almost an entire panettone (an Italian Christmas sweet bread). In reply, pdoc said "Yes, I know of panettone. Our dog really likes it."

"Oh!" I cried out. "Then I must be in great company!"

@Jennifer 1967: I did that once. I woke up and the clock said 6:00 so i thought i had time to make it to brunch. I waited until a civil hour, 8:00, to call to say i would be joining for brunch. I couldn't understand why it was getting darker and darker. I just thought a thunderstorm was rolling in. The organizer talked about a brunch in a few weeks and i insisted that no, i wanted to come to the one THIS morning. She said, quite shocked, that that had passed, had been this morning and i finally realized it was evening, not morning! I roared with laughter and hung up. This was early in my benzo use and i was all turned-around.

@All: Those gifs are fantastic! Where do you find them?

@whatever2013
The little smiley GIF s are found in the smile face dropdown. You have to use the "go advanced" instead of the "quick reply".
The smile face dropdown All the way at the bottom you can select "show all smilies" and then just find one you want click on it and go back you your message.
At least that's how it works on my device
