Have you ever been in quiet gliding flight like a hang glider or a towed plane?

I like the idea of it, but it would be a huge lift for me fear-wise. I'm claustrophobic.

Favorite forrest animal?

Nothing beats a fawn but I also like the sound of a wood thrush, i just rarely see them because they’re so hidden.

If you had the opportunity to feed sharks from a cage would you?

Would you watch a snake charmer if you could go to India?

I wouldn't seek one out, but if they happened to be doing their thing on the street one day I'd stop to check it out.

To what extent do you believe emotional dysfunction contributes to your mental issues?

I actually feel it was extreme anxiety and low self worth more than an emotion.

Isn't anxiety an emotion? The boundaries of emotion are super unclear to me. I basically separate things into thoughts and feels to keep it simple, but the two are pretty entertwined.

For me I think it was trauma my mind couldn't process andy heart didn't want to feel.
Thanks for this!

Between chou doufu (stinky tofu) and maybe beef liver. I dislike durian fruit quite a bit, too. Perhaps I'd also avoid bat meat.

Q: If you could go back to any single day in the past (today), which day would it be, and why?

Is it? I really don’t know. I think you’re right...anxiety has both thoughts and feels.

I just read an article about a guy in the UK who bought a Lamborghini and, 20 minutes later, had to pull over to the side of the road. The car was gray and they are very low to the ground and someone smashed into it, destroying it. $250,000. So, if you buy a Lamborghini, don't buy a gray one and park it on the side of the road, i guess.

I’m just going to say....thank you for linking and not posting directly lol Bipolar Questions #6

As a kid yes, today playing in the rain has been lost to practicality, somewhat sadly.

Do you enjoy high bounce balls or other childhood toys as an adult?

I think I'm too serious an adult. I don't enjoy a lot of games, playground or video, and I'm young, 43.

Do you like to read? Favorite genre?

I made some super yummy spinach quesadillas about a week and a half back. That's the recipe that pops into my mind at the moment. The recipe is quick and easy to make. Here it is:

Vegetarian Spinach Quesadillas – Delicious! (2 servings)

• 2 large fajita sized flour tortillas
• ½ med-large yellow onion, halved and sliced
• ¼ red bell pepper, sliced into very thin strips
• 5 oz fresh baby spinach
• Sprinkle of cumin
• Sprinkle of chili powder
• Salt/pepper to taste
• 2 oz cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded (I used cheddar)
• Butter or oil for pan

Brown the onion and red bell pepper strips. Add spinach and season. Cook until spinach wilts. Remove vegetables from the pan and wipe pan.
Add butter/oil to pan, just enough to form a thin layer and heat. Place one of the tortillas in the pan and top with with half of the cheese, evenly. Add all of the vegetable mixture, spreading evenly. Top with remaining half of the cheese and then the second tortilla. Fry until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and slightly crispy. Carefully flip the whole quesadilla and brown the other side. Remove from pan and cut in half. Great served with a black bean salad on the side (i.e. Black Bean Salad with Corn, Avocado & Lime Vinaigrette) and of course guacamole, salsa, and/or sour cream for the top of quesadillas.

Q: What is the first place that pops into your mind when you read the word "vacation"?
