I know they were blue. A very pretty deep blue. Update: I guess I made a mistake. I looked it up and they were apparently violet. That's quite unique!

Q: Do you like picnics? When was the last time you went on a picnic?

I love picnics - a friend and I just met in a local park for one this week.

A classic Reuben

Dogs! Hands down.

Do you like fried breaded zucchini?

I was just drooling over a picture of friend zucchini yesterday.

Are you afraid of the dentist?

Yes, terribly.

Do you like to watch happy children play?

Not really, there aren’t any in the family so I feel like a creep looking at strangers kids.

Do you like Pygmy goats?

Yes, they are super cute!!

Do you like catterpillars?

I like the way they look, but some are destructive, like gypsy moth caterpillars.

Q: What are your favorite sounds of summer?

The sound of waves at the beach.

Favorite summer foods?

Strawberries and cream yum

Question: if you had a special power what would it be?

The ability to control my memory...perfect memory for school, extreme forgetfulness for bad things.

Have you ever seen the aurora borealis?

Oh yes! Amazing! I saw it from a plane. We were flying way far north above Alaska. I was on my way to Asia.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite words in the English language?

I like words with onomatopoeia like buzz.

Do you have a bed time?

I do. I usually am in bed at 9pm EST, and asleep by 930pm.

Do you have a sleep routine?

No.

Do you like clowns?

Yes and no. I suppose that creates a neutral feeling for me. There's something about many that seem a bit scary, and yet I know most are not supposed to be. I do admit that they are artists of a sort. The whole idea that they try to be comical and mood uplifting in a unique way is also a good thing in my book. I have some of these similar feelings about mimes. Their whole emphasis on expressiveness is very appealing to me.

Q: Who was your favorite cartoon character growing up?

I think that my favorite cartoon character growing up was probably Mush Mouth, from Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids when it ran in syndication in '84-'85. I just thought the way that he talked was funny and I could relate because I had a pretty pronounced speech impediment.

What is your favorite marine animal?

dolphins, because they are just so cute and inteligent

how much of your day (excluding rooteens) is planned?. and how much of it is just what ever comes

Its largely due to a heavy dose of trazodone that still works on me. I'm lucky in that sense. I wish I could share my luck!

I'd say I'm about 50/50 at this point. I crave routine at this point in my life and with BD. So I do my best to plan whenever I can. Day trips with me are the worst. I like to know everything in advance. I make her plan every detail too, which is really unfair. I need to be better about that.

Would you rather see a sunrise from the East Coast or a sunset from the West Coast?

Sunset.

Best sunset you ever saw?

Tuckerman's Ravine at Mount Washington when I was camping at Age 14.

Best Sunrise you ever saw?

Haleakala, Maui, 1984. Super bad sunburn.
