I have a job right now that is really depressing me. I always have a feeling that they are trying to make me fail at what I do. Had a meeting with my superiors the other day...sucked!!!!!
I am falling into a depression...I can feel it coming...
Life sucls!!!!!!

mydarlin, that sounds really sucky. Can you make your own plan to escape the crummy job? If you have your own plans and ideas of where you want to go, when, and what you want to do, it takes away some of the stress and power of the other guys. They just become yapping lapdogs :-)

youre bipolar right? well, depression is inevitable. and you can try to blame it on outside sources, and also your probs seem so much worse when youre depressed. i think you should talk to your doctor and try to avoid changing too much around you in your life when you are in a mood. maybe you need more or better meds.

hang in there. and just remember, this depression is temporary.

Thanks for the notes...
I wish I had stronger meds...I am already a pharmacy....
bp1 with rapid changing moods...only thing is when depression starts to come on it is kinda like fighting with a shark...you think you are doing good this time and next thing you know the shark has pulled you under and is languishing tearing you to pieces.

It will turn around...it always does.
