Can't enjoy anything today - went bike riding (after struggling for 5 hours to convince myself to get out of bed) and didn't enjoy it, then met with a friend and still felt crappy. Need to start 'living' not just breathing.... frustrated!!! I keep getting asked (even by my family) if I'm feeling suicidal (which I'm not), but it makes me wonder - do I sound that bad?

We all sound bad when we say life is no good or that it sucks.... but then we start to feel better and the sun shines again.

Hang in there.... the storm will pass, I PROMISE!!
