Celery (with celeriac) soup. I totally adore it. I love most all soups, though, other than maybe tripe soup or snapping turtle soup. I have a number that I make. My husband is a soup fan, too. Maybe I'll make tomato basil today.

At what age did you learn how to ride a bike? Swim?

around 8 I had an electric quad bike, but it didn't last too long- I think after a few months (if that even!) I just got tired of it

never learned to swim. even at school never took swim class, terrified of deep water

what is a memorable day in your life, and why is it memorable?

I think I know a fair amount but I'm certainly no expert.

What is a strange fact about yourself/something strange you've done in your life?

So many! Probably ones involving dancing. I loved when my family had jazz music jam sessions in my paternal grandfather's music room. Everything seemed so ideal when he was alive and well. 5 Day Music Challenge, Day 1: Jazz music of all sorts – Bird Flight

What do/did you think of your grandparents?
