Guys

I'm struggling with feelings of hyper sexual I'm alone I'm trying to keep my mind busy but I've suppressed it for the whole weekend I'm now like arrrgh.... tomorrow I see my nurse. If I tell her anything extra I'm going to be put in the hospital. THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN.

I just need to get through Christmas. Plus Scotland is now on full lock down for 3 weeks as of 26th Dec. I'm gonna suffer like last time I just know it

Appointments will be cancelled so face to face sessions gone for at least 3 weeks.

I just need sleep tbh I'm shattered

Miss Laura, could you distract yourself by making art or reading or some other activity which overrides the feelings?

Please hang in there, Laura! These are tough Times for EVERYONE and i can only imagine how hard it must be for those already struggling on their own. Please take care of yourself, try to distract yourself, take a good shower, relax as much as you can. If things get too difficult to handle Please consider calling an hospital as there's no shame in asking for Help. SEnding many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @Miss Laura, your Family, your FriEnds and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

So saw my nurse today.... she is not saying much despite me seeking help. She has popped me into the depot clinic so she doesn't need to do my injection anymore. Next injection is 21st Jan. I'm not seeing anyone in my mental health team now until 15th Jan if that. Scotland is on a full lockdown from 26th Dec until 9th ish..I'm like I must be imagining I'm unwell no one cares huh!
