Partly sunny and 70 F (21 C) with a mild breeze. Either very green with flowers and fresh air, or peak autumn colors with the smell of autumn in the air.

Is there a seasonal element to your bipolar disorder?

I always have hypo/mania in the summer. Otherwise it used to be more season variant until I went on clozapine and things leveled out a bunch.

Do you have long fingernails or short?

I keep mine clipped short.

Do you like Star Trek at all? If you do, is there a series or movie that you like best?

I like it, but not well enough to know which series/ movie I like. it's one of those things for me I'll watch in the background, but not look for it

question: what is one thing that would make your life better in this moment?
Thanks for this!

Other than the end of the pandemic, I'd like to be able to speak a lot more of the local language of the country I'm in. That would make life easier and open up many more opportunities.

What is your favorite season? And why?

Spring is my favorite season because the weather warms up and there's no snow (usually!).

Do you garden? Or have houseplants?

no. neither. the closest I get to gardening is watching programmes about it on tv (but very rarely. lol!)

qquestion: how do you know when it's time to take your daily meds?. do you have an alarm set, do you do it automatically as part of your rooteen, reminder on your phone, or something else

It's just a part of my daily routine. First thing in the morning, & a few hours before I go to bed at night.

What's the favorite pet you've ever had? Brief description as to why.

Ever so slightly, but deep down I know it's boloney.

Do you prefer the winter or summer Olympics? Which sport(s) do you enjoy most?

I prefer the Winter Olympics. Bobsledding and the luge are my favorite sports.

Baseball season is about to start. Whether you're a fan, or not, what is your favorite/hometown team?

Have you lost a long-time friend and if so, what was it over?

Yes, my best friend. She didn't approve of how I was living my life and faith. She didn't seem to get that when suicidal people aren't so cheerful. She was very mean to me at the end.

In honor of Moose, do you have any dental crowns? Root canals?

I had two root canals (two upper front teeth). They were both done on the same day. The procedures were more pleasant than a dental cleaning, in my case. A relief! I had been struggling with discomfort for over six months, at that time.

What is something (or a situation) that has given you instant relief in the past?

Not at all.

Do you usually have cookies or other sweets in your kitchen cupboards? or maybe crackers or chips if salty is more your thing.

Yes. I'd like to say "Unfortunately, yes" but I think having some snack/sweet on hand is good. Only occasionally do I have chips or pretzels, or the like. I like them, but I tend to eat too many when I do. I don't miss not having them as much as I do not having sweets. When I have no sweets on hand, I generally make them from scratch. I've gone as long as weeks without salty snacks.

What sweet or salty snack do you crave most?

I have both although I don't like salty stuff a lot. But I have orthostatic hypotension and the treatment for that is salty snacks and gatorade while we try to adjust meds to fix it. I really am getting sick of pretzels.

What is the last thing you had to drink?

The house looking even more set up. We got a rug for the office room. Also, I hope to finally receive an electric sweeper from Amazon.de. We have too many dust bunnies on the floors. Electric sweepers are easier to use on them than a vacuum cleaner.

What do you enjoy cleaning most? Or at least don't mind that much?

I don't mind doing the laundry much. It's so lovely to have all those fresh clothes, sheets, and towels.

It's 3p.m....what are you doing?

I wish I could play baseball like I did when I was younger. I was able to play recreational ball into my 40s, but I actually had a few pro scouts looking at me out of high school. Now I'm just old, fat, & ugly!

What is/was your greatest skill or achievement?
