Seriously, I wonder - if I had started driving east at 10:30 p.m., where would I be now, at 3:30 a.m.? I would have crossed the huge Sierra Nevada Mountains, then down by Lake Tahoe...but 5 hours, I'm pretty sure I'd be in Nevada by now, smelling the scent of desert sage in the air.

I took that Vraylar, which made me keep falling asleep all day when I took it in the morning, but I took it at bedtime and I've been wired since. That stuff is hitting the bin.

It's morning & I need sleep. Why am I like this? I keep having these weird dreams, so I know I do sleep. I wake up & I feel sad.

Just the same wakinh up at midnight crap as normal. This time I managed to fall back asleep for a couple hours around 2 something. But this sleep issue is just really wearing me down. I am exhausted physically and mentally.

Looks like I'll be back in the insomnia club indefinitely... not sick anymore but I can't sleep at night

I went to Walgreens and blind picked another type of melatonin. Maybe this kind will do the trick. When I see the pulmonalgist on Friday I hope he does an at home sleep apnea test. I don't want to go to a lab. Also how the hell am I supposed to sleep with a cpap machine. I've seen those commercials with people struggling to sleep with them and I'd probably be one of them. I know they do implants now but I don't really want to know how that works either. Anyways I'm hoping whatever I got from Walgreens today works for a bit. Just enough to give me a bit of a break until I figure this stuff out.

I hate those wakings in the night. Never go back to sleep, or almost never, without benzos. Now I've almost run out of them Another month to go before refill.

Ugh 😣 last night was horrible, the night before that wasn’t much better. I’m down to my last few days of 5 mg. Trouble falling asleep and trouble staying asleep. Makes me feel so lethargic and not wanting to do anything.

The new melatonin is just same as the others. I just needed less so it made my anxiety tolerable until a couple hours ago. I took one at my normal bedtime and then one when I woke up at midnight. I got back to sleep from 1 to 2:30 and my mom is suprised it only worked for 1.5 hours. So shes thinking sleep apnea as well. I can't ever remember having consistently bad sleep like this. Like where every single night is bad no matter what I do or don't do.

Some song lyrics I didn't know had a trigger in. I looked up the reason why the person wrote that song, and learnt something.

Not feeling ''cool'' about any of this. Not cool at all. (but I did learn an interesting fact)

Hate hate hate this sleep thing. Wish I Really Was A Bear.

I fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon and slept for about 12 hours. I was just mentally and emotionally drained. My mom said she was kinda concerned since I wasn't getting up to eat dinner or anything. When I'm that worn out I just need to sleep.

I fell asleep around 4. My mom woke me up at 6 to ask if I wanted Mcdonalds. I said no even though I kinda did. I then made soup without the broth and got back to sleep until 1AM. I feel mediocre right now.

I couldn't sleep for almost two days. Finally I was able to sleep about an hour & had the strangest dream. I'm still terribly tired, but thankful for at least some amount of sleep.

Oh thanks tough Dawn. That’s a long time to be without sleep. I hope tonight you get some very much needed sleep

I'm glad you finally got some sleep! (sorry it was only for about an hour)

I hope you can sleep some more very soon.
