Well, I’m back and I’ve been missing interacting with everyone. I left due to multiple dissociation episodes that lasted multiple hours. The long and short of it is that I’ve been diagnosed with PTSD and it explains a lot about my behaviors and my life. I’m still processing this. Will take a long time I expect. Combined with bipolar, it’s a lot to deal with.

Anyway, I really look forward to being part of this community again. I didn’t understand how much I missed you all until my circumstances dictated that I severely stabilize my life and interactions with the world. Things are loosening up, which is very good.

So cheers, and I’m glad to be back!
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

Welcome back! It's good to see you here.

I have bipolar disorder and CPTSD, too. Every waking moment is a challenge, quite frankly. This forum is immensely helpful to me.

It's nice to see you back, wolftrap!

I'm sorry to read that you also have PTSD, but at least knowing what you're dealing with can help in the healing process.
