It's absolutely quiet at the moment. Our windows block out outside noises extremely well. My husband is in another room. The only major sound that gets through from outside is the occasional bus or car passing by, as the road is outside the window in my livingroom and bedroom. When the window is open, I hear birds, including the pheasant that dwells in the meadow and orchard across the street. Sometimes the village has announcements on loud speakers, which is common in Czech Republic.

What I miss most not being in New Jersey, are the sounds of frogs and meadow and forest insect choruses in the summer. Sometimes I play the meadow mode on my sound machine to hear copies of those sounds. It's intensely beautiful! Comparable to Beethoven.

Feeling melancholy with this one:

🎶Once I lived the life of a millionaire,
Spent all my money, I just did not care.
Took all my friends out for a good time,
Bought bootleg liquor, champagne and wine.🎶

Life's a roller coaster sometimes.

I still can’t get away from the American 1950s- and 1960s rock. Just what a wonderful history of music You Americans have. Something You all shall be very proud of.

Now I listening at this artist, Bobby Vee, from 1961:

My husband snore. He can fall asleep any time of the day if he is laying down or even sitting, quietly. I can't. I do usually sleep fine at night, but only at night, and in part because I take a good dose of Seroquel XR. On the very very rare occasion I have fallen asleep during the day, I woke up totally discombobulated, thinking I'd slept 24 hours straight, when I only slept 30 mins max.

Figured I'd spread my earworm as much as I can! Now that I read that to myself, it sounds a little weird. Pressing on!

Not particularly unique lyrics wise. It's just easy to get stuck in your head!

And also:

I'm trying out a new streaming service. I got three months free, so I might as well take full advantage of it! Joe Cocker's "Feeling Alright" is playing now.

I snore, like a frieght train at times. hubby went thru all of the ear plugs and could still hear me. so he could not take it so he ordered from boze this sound ear plugs so now he listens to warm mist and can't hear me at all.
I sleep with a mouth gaurd because I grind my teeth and I thought might help with the snoring. nope.
You should consider these. I can get you the specifics if you like.
