Sometimes I feel like I have little social support and that realization makes me feel even worse.

I feel for you. Lack of support just makes everything that much worse. Wish I knew what to say that would help but I am sort of in the same boat.

Thanks. I know people "love" me but they dont get me. Only my cousin listens and cares (and a friend who knows who they are) without judgement. I hide how I really feel because its easier than people being "concerned." Fall is typically a depressive season for me along with spring. I have to really fight not to fall all the way. I have way too much going on in my life now to let this get me. Problem is..I feel like its too late. Im already feeling depressed.
