yesterday a woman said to me your so put together, you're beautiful. today I'm wanting to off myself. I have a plan but not the means. can't take time off work to hospitalized myself. I know I'd shock my whole family they think I'm doing so well.
yesterday I sincerely prayed to God to fix the mess I made of my life. today I'm suicidal. feeling distraught over my everyday problems how unending they are. my head is stable my thoughts are not, I see an apt opening up soon.

Can you reach out to your therapist or pdoc? It sounds like you need some help.

I think I'll go to bed and hope tomorrow is different. but thinking I'll be spending a weekend at mom's.

My therapist actually called me, we have an appt tomorrow but she gave me some resources and was glad my mom was over. I did spend the weekend with her, she said I wasn't myself.
Today my blood pressure was super high, now I have to check it and call a doctor if still high. my blood pressure is usually low normal. 120's over 70's. today it was 171/102. physically and mentally I'm falling apart.
