My main goal is to SURVIVE. I have given up on thriving. But a "case manager" came to my house today....on a SUNDAY??? Said she could help me with "everything."

Everything?

I can't decide if I should get rid of my Bible. I can write a better one. Can she help me with that? Can she help me with this sharp object in a specific place that I want to take to a specific body part?

I was nice. I told her about my old job that I want to get back, but I don't think I can get back because I was high.

I don't think she's a case manager. I've thought it though and sometimes that's all it takes.

I guess I have to stay at my dad's. TO protect him. And fool them.

Muddy Boots, when I was working in home health I often worked on Sundays, as did everyone in the agency, including the psychiatric staff. It's not unusual and I think you can rest easy that you really saw a case manager.

Did you tell her about the sharp object? maybe you should think about doing that before something bad happens.

Nope. No card. But she said she was with my CMHC but seriously why come on a sunday without telling me unless you want to spook up on me and see where the stench is coming from?

She's gone now so no one to take the sharp object

It’s ok. Getting help is scary. Truly they are not out to spook you. Sunday is a good day to find people at home. Give them a chance.

Yes, I think she came on a Sunday thinking she'd find you at home. I'm guessing that she didn't call first because she wants to see how you're really doing, also so you don't leave before she gets there.

I completely understand how invasive her visit would feel. Extremely so. That said, she is trying to help you out. Try your best to accept that perspective.

Hopeful but still kinda suspicious. I had some med changes this week (more Klonopin, another AP added) and things are still wild but I'm not a constant risk to myself. My fss took my meds so I think she's going to help.

The med changes sound like they'll be helpful. I really do think the fss will be helpful for you.

What does fss stand for? It sounds potentially wonderful.
