Help, I have to get through this , I feel frustrated , trapped and sad. My thoughts are running fast, i cant type as fast as my thoughts. i dont like my life i dont like the way i am living. I have to stay happy so i dont get so sad. I cant sit still , i have gotton up a few times while writing this. My thoughts are everywhere. I get really silly and then i crash. I am runniing in circles. I feel very stressed and hyper. I tried calling a physiologist today but he has no openings. I want to fade away and not exsist. The ups and downs are rapid. I feel like i am on a roller coaster. I saw a nurse last week and got new med so far it is not working. How do others get through this?

Leslie

(((((((((((((((Leslie))))))))))))))). I wish I could help u, I dont know much about manic and bipolar. Could u go and talk to the nurse again? How long does this med take to start to work?

Hang in there, keep writing and maybe it will help. Sorry I couldnt offer more. I am thinking of u.

Love your friend;

Elizabeth

I was told it would take a couple weeks. I feel kind of strange about what I typed before. If it gets deleted thats ok, I hope it didn't cause any problems.

Do you mean psychologist and not physiologist?
Maybe you may want to call the nurse back or even better yet meet with a psychiatrist for proper med monitoring, it took me a few different medss to get on target. I feel for you, it is very frustrating, I went 8 months with only 2 hours sleep a day due to a trigger that cast me into the Bipolar-II(mild) DX, and other crap in my life at that time didn't help matters.
So if at all possible, get in touch with one of your mental health professionals, sounds like you need them to check your meds/dosages/types of meds needed, that makes all the difference, I know from experience myself and with what my brother went through till they arrived at the right meds for him, it is that "in between time" that sucks, but call them and try to hang in there. I wish you lots of luck, I think I gave you a little of mybackground in a reply to a PM you sent me a few weeks ago, you are free to still PM me if you wish.

Yes, I meant psychologist, sorry about my typing being so bad when I wrote that post. My mind was going faster than my fingers. I am doing fine now, which is so strange how fast I can change. I do have an apppointment next week to talk about my medication again. Last time we spoke she said it would take over 2 weeks to kick in. It has only been one. The waiting part can be hard.

Thanks for responding to my post,

I feel safe here so it is becoming easier to express myself.
Most of the time I am not like that post , I am a person who loves to help others and tries to look at the positive things in life.
Thanks again for caring.
