For the past couple of days I've just been nauseous with anxiety, even with my pills. This happens to me sometimes, where I'll have what I consider an anxiety episode. Does anyone else experience episodes like this, in addition to hypo/mania and depressive episodes?

I'm going to have to call my pdoc tomorrow!

I think I'm going to be sick 😫

I know them very well, though fortunately not for a long while. I think my current meds do help, but CBT skills (mastered) help the most. Plus a less triggering life situation.

Been there, done that, @raspberrytorte. My anxiety levels have generally not been an issue for quite some time, but I'm well acquainted with feeling out of sorts. It's probably wise of you to check in with your doc.

Yeah. I was gonna call today. I was going to ask if I can take an extra seroquel throughout the day.

Yeah I have this with depression, but it has lasted for many months.

I tried Klonopin and it worked for a while but I couldn't take it with me when I was traveling, so I just had to live with it, which was very hard.

I think my seroquel is starting to work because my anxiety has been getting lower over the past several days. I've been on 350 Seroquel for a month and I think it's starting to work.

A med adjustment is probably in order as a longer term solution for you. That, and CBT coping techniques like cold water on the face (or ice cubes), challenging thoughts, opposite action, etc.

I have permission to take zyprexa and remeron if need to when I can't sleep.
I already take klonipin and requip for restlessness. I take those every night.
meds are a tricky thing.
need them....
