It did, with the wind and snow only really lasting a day here. The temperatures are still around 0F now. I think the lowest temp was -10F.
Do you now or have you ever had a wood burning stove? __________________ "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. Yes and it's saved our pipes from freezing a million times including last night/this morning.
Do you exercise and how? __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |

More past tense at the moment. I used to do a lot of hiking. A couple miles here, a couple miles there, with an 8-10 mile hike if I had a whole day to kill. My health issues have put a stop to that for right now.
What is the first book you read that was 50 pages or more that you enjoyed? __________________ "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. Well, I traditionally either fall asleep or am nearly asleep on NYE (it's my best night of falling asleep all year) when I am awakened in a fright because people shoot off guns at midnight (or whenever they remember). I could do without.
Are you going to have much warmer temperatures this weekend? __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. Clozapine 250 mg, Emsam 12 mg/day patch, topamax 25 mg, ,Gabapentin 1600 mg & 100-2 PRN,. 1.5 mg clonazepam., 75 mg Seroquel and 12.5 mg PRNx2 daily |

Nope, no traditional food what ever that is for New Years. Just another day. Even back in the day when I went out there was no food associated with this day.
This is interesting I never knew there was any food associated so, same question. A: My dad likes to make black eyed peas, cabbage, and cornbread -- he said it's the traditional meal you eat on new year's day. I am not a big fan lol.
Q: What is your specialty dish / family recipe / favorite meal / or favorite traditional cuisine ? __________________ |

We eat pork and sauerkraut. I can't eat sauerkraut with my MAOI so I only taste it (I love it so I miss eating it).

I posted just after you, sorry. My best dish I make is meatloaf. I know that's a pretty easy thing to make but I have this recipe that only works for me and it's pretty good. around sunrise. It's when I get to go out and run (except in winter when it's too cold then I wait until it warms up a bit or just do an indoor exercise). I've always been a morning person except on certain meds.
