jeff put the meat loaf into the oven for an hour.
Not sure which veggies we will have.
I am doing laundry and hope it doesn't interrupt dinner . I will just put them on air dry while we have dinner. hang up clothes and such before art walk. the 2nd saturday of the month. It is fun.
Jeff just informed me that a colleague of his son is going to perform down town at 6pm when it starts. We won't make it I did not know of his performing.

I'm sorry Beth. Hopefully there's something that can be done.

That melatonin/valerian stuff isn't nearly as good as the plain melatonin. I'm really sorry because it's a waste of $20. I am going to check on returning it, though.

I believe I'm having one of the w/d symptoms I get when I decrease K-pin. Sooo disappointing. The symptom is breathlessness. I'll do a normal activity and can't catch my breath. It's not only creepy, it's very annoying. So, gotta back it up. Instead of dropping my a.m. dose entirely I'll take .5 in the morning and see how it goes. But I have to feel victory over every decrease that's successful. Going from 1mg a.m. to .5 is major.

way to go from 1-.5 way to go!
That is huge.
Have you heard of the ashton manual about switching to valium (I think)
It is much easier getting off the benzo because it has a long half like and the dose can be liquid towards the end so you can use drops. Instead of cutting bits of klonipin.

I hope you feel better. Cutting it in half is a major deal.

Thank you so much bizi and Mm. I really appreciate the support.

Yes, I am familiar with the Ashton Method. For some reason it seems hard to find a provider who will agree to using it, though. But I'm so glad you mentioned it bizi, because I'll remember to ask my new PA if she'll try it with me.

I don't know why you left....I hope nobody was bullying you here. Maybe it became too much part of your life. That you needed some more me time.
I hope you are doing what makes you happy. Ihope you are still reading here even if you don't respond know that I miss you.
