I’ve had a recent encounter with a ‘mental health professional’. They were ghastly.

Both of us came out of it alive

Oh, Fuzzy. I am so sorry! I understand all too well. The past 2 med prescribers I've seen have been losers. Some mental health "professionals" can seriously damage our lives. I have my medications lined up so I don't have to have appointments with my current prescriber again. I have an appt. with a new pdoc later this month. My hopes are not high, but I have my fingers crossed

Good on you Fuzzy, I do hope it goes well. Something good should come from it, but obviously stay mentally prepared for them saying sudden 'ill-conceived' things.
