Feelings!!!!!!

And I’m dreading school
Starting in a month.
I’ve also been seeing things moving around oddly

Trying to
Focus on good so I’m choosing to
Focus on my Nashville trip

It sounds like you are particularly stressed right now and could use some rest.

Do rest up as much as you can, and actively work to reduce your stressors.

It's loving self-care.

If seeing things moving around oddly persists after good rest, then talk to your pdoc about it asap.

Overly critical family members can be one of the triggers for psychosis. So, if you can get a break from dealing with your granny, then that would be helpful.

Also, I first heard about the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) through you. Have you been using the app?

And keep posting here... Let us know how you are doing...

Hope you feel better soon!

Hugs, if wanted...
Thanks for this!

HALLIEBETH, Nashville is such a fun city. I hope you have a great time there. Please focus on your well-being, too. I know how much you help so many people. I've needed to step away the major stressors in my life. It's okay to do so. Needed.

I've seen many elderly folks get irritable for various reasons. I've also experienced their displaced placed anger, in the past. We can realize it is displaced, but yea, it's still hurtful. It can be a test of tolerance and understanding. Do enjoy that trip and the zoo. Looking at animals is always so pleasant.
