Good morning. I woke up around 2:45am and couldn't get back to sleep, I'm wide awake. So I'm up for the day I guess. It's going on 6am right now. I have my appointment with my primary care doctor later today to talk about the vitamin D. I'm hoping the thorazine increase helps me sleep better. But last night I barely slept even with the dose being doubled. So idk. I used to be on 400mg of it for a very long time. Now I'm on 200mg of it. I don't want to go back up to 400mg cause it made me sleep for like a ridiculous amount of time. But we'll see how this month goes. If my sleep doesn't get better by my next appointment with my psychiatrist I might see about going up to 300mg. I hate that my body is so reliant on meds to get any sleep.
