Just watched a video on YouTube about Disney imagineering. At least I’m not howling like a dog outside like this guy’s been doing since 4:30 this morning!

What the actual…??? I just called the after hours line at my pdoc’s office and they said to call Monday! I specifically said “I’m manic”!

I’m being ignored! Good thing I have you guys.

I think my Pdoc put a note in my file today saying “ignore Moose…” so that anytime I contact that office I’ll get the run around!

Caleb says I shouldn’t have side effects to Vraylar as I was on it previously without any. But he drives a recycle truck. What does he know?

Headache. Insomnia. Perfect combo.

Slept well. From 11:00 to 9:00.

Think I’m still manic. At a restaurant at 10:30 getting a dinner entre.

What I really need to do is clean my apartment more. I really have nothing to do today. Tried asking N3 to get together today but he has schoolwork to do- big exams coming up next week. I’ll see him tomorrow at church choir though of course he’s in the tenor section and I’m in the alto section. Still having facial movements randomly- I moved my Vraylar to morning instead of bedtime. I think that helps with sleep. Getting fried fish. Taking a chance that my allergist is right that I’m not allergic. I’ve had it here before without a problem.

So far so good on the fish!

Feeling antsy again. Supposed to be windy and stormy here today. I wish Caleb hadn’t cancelled for today. He doesn’t believe I can have Vraylar side effects just because I didn’t have them on it before.

Think I have a migraine. Feel slow and spacey. Gonna go back to sleep.

Fwb wants to get together today but not for “benefits”- just a social visit out. He has chores to do first though.

Ok. Can’t sleep. My cat took off to another room. I picked her up when I got home.

Napped for about 2 hours! Head is pain-free!

Washed my hair!

Spoke too soon! Head still hurts. Drinking water and took Tylenol but it hasn’t kicked in yet! Wonder if I should eat? It’s been over six hours since I last ate. I don’t think fwb and I are getting together today. He’s looking at solar panels outside on the grass and it’s 5 pm almost!

Now we’re getting a thunderstorm! Tylenol seems to have worked! That plus eating.

Sat next to N3 this morning in choir! Just home making lunch.

It’s been two hours since I ate. Want a nap but I’ll be up late if I nap at 3 p.m. bit restless. You can see me moving around while singing on the video.

Just can’t motivate! Isn’t helping that the cat is laying on me.

Ok. I loaded and ran the dishwasher. Eating grapes.

My mom is bugging me to clean. I did the dishes. Meh!

Need to work more on my apartment. I should be tired but I'm wired. Can't focus. It's hours until Caleb calls. At least maybe I can contact my psych team tomorrow though I don't know what they can do as they said to wait out the side effects of Vraylar. Being up and down randomly to the point of immobility is counterproductive. Vraylar could take another six weeks to reach its full effectiveness! You can see me fidgeting aimlessly on the video of the service this morning. On a positive note, I think my liver enzymes are okay still. Had them retested Friday. Only a tiny bit elevated which is my normal. I feel like a car that's having its engine revved while in park!
