Good to hear from you! Oo gallbladder pain is the worse. When I came to after the surgery the pain was gone and I felt great!

Good to hear from you @MuddyBoots! I hope you start feeling better, sorry about the ED stuff. I think it often when it is bad, we fail to acknowledge it, even to ourselves and just are so scared to break the cycle. I hope things get better for you. I was on pantoprazole for awhile after my ulcer surgery, maybe a year or so, then my GI switched me to prescription Prilosec because pantoprazole can be hard on the the bones if you have osteopenia (which I do from the ED stuff). I think the prescription Prilosec isn't great on the bones either but I guess my GI doc believes less so?

Welcome back! I agree with Nammu; I woke up from anesthesia from having my gall bladder out and felt all better immediately. It was amazing. Hopefully you'll be ok with diet but if not it's a really easy and effective surgery.

There's nothing wrong with having online friends Should I even be on meds? No different than in person friends, they care about you just as much.

I don't mean there's anything wrong, but it does feel a little different (to me) to lack knowing what a person looks like, their mannerisms, being able to joke real time, etc. but on the other hand it might make an online friend more meaningful because everything is more thought out and there's more "going out of the way" to speak regularly vs if you considered a coworker a friend because you see them every day.

Good to see you @MuddyBoots. Sorry things have been so tough. Pantoprazole has done wonders for me-I take 40 mg twice a day. I hope it helps you too!

Okay. So. The meds.

Morning
Adderall XR 30mg (for ADHD-C)
pantoprazole 40mg (for stomach)
multi-vitamin (for nutritional value)
carafate 1g slurry before breakfast (for stomach)

another slurry before lunch

before dinner
another slurry

2.5mg zyprexa (for eating disorder)

bedtime
0.1 clonidine for anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, also helps ADHD symptoms, all around great med, 8/10 would recommend even though one day in the hospital my bp was 84/59
50mg topiramate (to artificially raise adderall levels, for migraines, for potential mood stabilization but pdoc was doubtful that would actually happen, to make taking zyprexa regularly palatable to me (not explicitly stated, but honestly, probably), also because it's one of the few meds sometimes used for bipolar I won't spew words that put you in the principal's office over)
40mg pantoprazole (again, stomach)

PRNs
1mg Klonopin- for anxiety, guarantee my pdoc's gonna stop this because it's a benzo and I do dumb things and am honest about them just usually after the fact not before
5 or 10mg zyprexa- for agitation, paranoia, insomnia. Supposed to take this if I get a night of less than 5 hours of sleep. Maybe I should do the dumb things with this one.
4mg zofran for nausea

does it make sense to put someone on zyprexa because you want them to gain weight but put them on topamax and adderall?

Yay, i have a topiramate buddy! I loooove my topamax. It helps me hear my hunger / fullness. I dont always LISTEN, but thats a different problem. OTOH, its mood stabilization helps me with emotional eating. Which used to be my ONLY eating, all the time. Only i believed i was truly hungry. Which i guess i was. But the more i appear "on paper" here, the less emotional eating i do.

Just a lot of swearing and a vaguely threatening statement that will not amount to anything I swear it's just to point out how horrible some of these psych meds can be and how much I hate my pdoc right now.
Possible trigger:

I just freaked out thinking they didn’t give me my night meds (an anti-anxiety and sleep meds is in there along with my stomach med and a migraine med) and I turned my apartment upside down and found out I took them already. The pill pack was in the trash empty.

UGHHHHH
