How long?

I am so glad singing and church has given you a purpose and a wonderful outlet

Yes me too! And lots of friends and family. Yes- including my ex! And N3. Unfortunately the last day of choir is mid June. We come back in September I think. Church services go on as normal except with guest musical performers. And the music director still plays the organ at every service. My ex and N3 sang duets last summer that were wonderful!

My ex husband is going to help me with the Anglican chant on Wednesday a little before rehearsal! Thank goodness! I asked N3 and he just said “Oh you’ll get it”.

I picked up a month’s worth of meds today. All except the Vraylar 3 mg as I still have a week left of that in a bottle instead of the blister packs. They’ll just give me another 30 when these run out in a week or so. They lost the file of my med allergies! Asked me if I could remember them. Nope! Too many! So my primary doctor is going to send them a list for me. Still feeling better. Tomorrow is Tenebrae service where we sing in the balcony in the dark. (We have clip-on book lights to see the music.). It’s all Anglican chant and 1500’s 4-part harmony/polyphony.

About three weeks into the Vraylar 3 mg. Feeling better. The klonopin is less sedating than it had been. I still don’t want to drive on it.

It turned out that I figured it out pretty quickly so N3 was right!

Only six more days and I’ll have finished a whole month of 3 mg Vraylar!

I’m up at 4 again. Cat is walking on me and purring! I did take a 4-hour nap yesterday. Only 5 Vraylar left in the bottle. See Pdoc in 5 days. Seeing new case manager this morning for the first time.

New case manager was nice. She wrote lots of notes about what we need to do over the next two weeks when we see each other again. And she’s going to talk with my old case manager before she leaves about a lot of this stuff- old case manager last day is Thursday!
