I don't want depression and anxietyNow I am feeling a flowing current of sorrow in each delicated cognition and reaction,it is called "the breath of our area "by using a plain metaphphor.Anybody else has the same expereince?:o

Do you get hypomanic or manic episodes? That’s part of bipolar and so is depression and anxiety.
