Despite the two nights of sleep after 5 nights of barely any sleep, my emotions are all over the place today. I think I’ve offended and even hurt two of my very long-time friends- both in the same day! It’s only 5:30 and I wish I could go to bed now so I don’t have to feel like a sad, bad person anymore!

Finally got a response from psych NP! She said Vraylar 4.5 takes a week or more re to kick in and “it’s not magic”. I didn’t recognize yesterday’s - or Fri or sat- rapid cycling as I never rapid cycle! We’re adding .5 risperdal at night for the audio hallucinations.
Thank god I got a response!! It’s been a long week! Case manager even apologized for going home early Friday when I was in such a bad state crying etc.

Seems two of my friends have ghosted me after last week. Both long-time friends. I told them I’m on a new medication and getting better but no response. One has my notifications silenced. The other just isn’t replying. I guess only time will tell. It hurts though. A lot! I said my peace and I’m just going to pray they understand. There’s so much fear and misunderstanding surrounding mental illness.
Edit: I heard from fwb! He’s not hurt by the fact that I don’t want the scent diffuser he gave me - they are toxic to cats. And I explained this to him.
