Sounds like you should call your Pdoc. Perhaps your meds aren't working as well as they should be. How long have you been on meds?

Talk to your doctor or whatever other support you have access to, get as much help as you can:-) As Eva Longoria says 'because you're worth it'

My mother was complaining about feeling like she was catching a cold the last day, so she just chilled out for the day and had plenty of rest.

She caught her symptoms early and the cold didn't develop. My experience has been that episodes of horribleness that Bipolar induces can be treated in a similar manner and avoided by catching them out early (the sneaky little feckers)

I hope you're feeling better.

I use to get that way all the time for weeks even months I didnt wont to wake up the next day to go though it again I would cut or burn my self to stop the pain.I dont think they like us to talk about those other thoughts on this web page but their there to .

I will say after years of hanging in there finding the right meds and alot of talking to other people like myself ive gotten better time I spend in the pits of hell is much much less I now can close my eyes and hold on for a day or two till it stops .I still hate but I get though it now. i hope I helped

Hi Browneyes!! Been there, guess what!! I'll be straight with you. With the correct medication & dosage & work in therapy you CAN overcome your difficulties & be so much happier! Honest! I have the same Dx as you I WAS Bipolar II, anx/panic dis., manic depress. & agoraphobic. I rely on my Excellent meds to regulate my Bipolar II (alleluia for meds.). I 've been where you are trust me sounds awful, but YOU can do it! And Feel Better! I saw my T once/wk & spoke on the phone w/ him on Fri's.for ~5-15 mins.(tackle any possible week-end prob.) It took me 2 years, but I'm a slow learner, lol.I must say I worked extremely hard to get out of that dead, empty souless life, & it has paid off multi-fold. PM me anytime, I'd love to help you. help has anyone ever did this help has anyone ever did this
