I am in a calm mood today however its always calm before the storm, my partner sat down with me and had a talk last night. She knows i am trying to get my meds straight and im going thru alot lately but she is getting frustrated...lately Im screaming at her for no reason, if a towel is left on the floor I scream if a plate is left out I scream.....scream cry scream cry scream.....what is going on with me one minute im ok then i start screaming then im crying then im wanting to (SI) who knows, does anyone else do this or am i all alone and crazy.

Oh Boy how I can relate.....the only thing is I invert and take it out on me.....but not so much any more. I just about told my therapist off the last session....she had to reassure me that she was on my side. Take care and it will get better eventually.
