not sure if im bipolar
20 year old male
get extreme lows some days then extreme highs which dont last as long
the highs can be as bad as the lows - where thots race thru head compared to normal speed when feeling ok.
any thots?

How long have you had mood swings?

Is there anything particularly traumatic/disturbing going on in your life - now or recently?

Be more specific about your highs and lows. What do you think about? How do others react to you? Do you hear voices or get paranoid? Can you successfully complete your job or schoolwork responsibilities? Are you angry? How sad are you?

I know, you might be afraid and might not know where to start,..but things will get better once you have a diagnosis. From there, start on by improving and helping yourself. ;]
