Well, I managed to scare myself tonight. Although it wasn't intentional, was just a thought but still can't shake the niggling feeling that there is some truth to the thought anyway.

The thought was - what if this isn't real? What if, when I was feeling disjointed and like reality wasn't right a few weeks back, instead of the feeling getting better and going away it only got worse?

Don't know what it is, maybe just a lack of sleep....
I know this probably sounds stupid, but I still can't shake that little feeling

((((((((phoenix)))))

Try and make sure you get some sleep.. even if that isn't the cause of this, you still need to be getting regular hours of sleep.

Do you feel as though everything is real? Maybe using some grounding techniques would help you feel better.

I hear you. Sometimes I mix up what I dreamed and memories and can't figure out which is all dream and which is reality. Makes it worse when I go manic and everything is dream-like! Not to mention that sometimes I'd prefer to stay manic so I can stay in that state!
