I hate being down...it is crippling...everyone noticed today I wasn't myself...even people at work...barely functioning today and yet critical deadlines...will it ever end...could I just call it the end...I alienate most people I come in contact with...

I'm worn thin
will it ever end
the constant
never ceasing
ride I'm on?
The pressure
to perform
I can't take
much more
of all of this.
When will
it cease this
never ending
ride. Can I
get off it?
No strapped
in for life
to be on
a never ceasing
roller coaster
ride. Wishing
to be free...

It will pass, when you are down there is no place to go but up, just try to put the brakes on somewhere in the middle so you don't go up too high!!!!! thinking of you, Jen
