Have you talked to your doc? You may have anxiety due to another change in your life (your hubbie going back to work). It can be scary with BP and change. I would encourage you to tak to a therapist ( if you haven't already) and write down your feelings. Yes, this is hard to do with 3 kids, but you MUST make time for yourself. Try getting a sitter a few times a week so you can rest or relax. I have great luck with teenagers at my church.
In my experience, talking with my Mom is not always helpful. I love my Mom, but sometimes they tend to be in denial about how hard this is. Try a trusted friend that you can really confide in. And the boards help so much!!! Please, let me know how you are.
