hello i have just found this forum and have a question for the group.
has anybody ever been told by there therapist they are having a mid-life bi-polar identity crisis? i have been diagnosed for 11 years now and am 34 years old and am just starting to learn how to live with who and what i truly am and am very well i guess you could say scared. and my therapist says this is just like a normal person havihg a midlife crisis, has anybody heard this before? just would like some input, if it would not be to mush trouble thank you ![]() |

Sorry I can't help ya CowboyTom... I was diagnosed only a year ago and I'm still learning about who I am. ...But there are people here at PC that can help... I can give ya a warm welcome though... Welcome! You've found a wonderful group of people.
