It is challenging trying to keep our heads above water... I consider escaping often...

You're definitely not alone. I have a husband and 3 young boys. I think of "escape" often I don't think I would ever do it, but sometimes the thought is comforting. I think that I care for them too much to abandon them, but I think the thought of escaping somehow makes it better Good Luck!

Oh yeah. I dream of escaping when things get too bad. Running away and hiding. There are times, like right now, I wish I could numb myself up so I don't have to feel.

Please get some help. You have been having it so rough lately. I'm worried about you.

I have been there too. I would never do it, but I've been there plenty.

That may help tonight, but don't fall into that self medicating trap. The last thing you need is to add problems with alcohol on top of bipolar crap. One or the other is enough to deal with without combining them. That being said I do it every once in a while too. I just don’t want you to start relying on alcohol because it will end up adding to your problems rather then helping them.

Between those two options the drink is definitely the way to go, but seriously I'm worried. Your posts lately... Please think about calling someone tomorrow. Screw your blasted pride. Your life and your happiness matter so much more.

Oh no you don't. We care. I care. You don't have to go back to your pdoc if you don't like her. Please find someone anyone else that can help you work this out.

You have a fever? Are you sick on top of all this?

You're not alone dude, it always seems to, and scaping methods are always easier than finding a solution.. The best thing to help yourself is.. i think.. yoga. I'll try it this month, and i think we should control our minds and not the other way around. I know running away is desirable, faster, comforting, but.. it leads to worse stuff (suicide works for me..) so, dont fall, dont fall, and hey! dont fall!!!
