I'm new to bipolar, and am doing my best to be proactive about it. So I'm woundering if anybody has any tips to help me manage it, besides medication of course. From what I understand I'm pretty much going to have to live a clean and healthy life from now on.

Babe, have you been dx by shrink? We all have a choice on how we deal with our stuff......but safety is primary concern........whatever it takes to be safe takes precedent...

Then you can look at more lifestyle changes.......these are important all the way through but sometimes in the dark hours, we need abit more than that.

Keep talking........we are here no matter what choices you make......

(Hope i am making sense......just took some valium)
