When I joined the forum in Feb. I was on no medication: BipolarII, changing Psyc Doctors.

My new Psyc Doctor is highly quailfied. Started with 1500 mg Depakote, which immedidately stablized me.

The week I started 20mg Prozac = just not enough yet. The depression is
hasn't gone away, it's been 2 weeks.

BUT I've gained 10+ pounds since the Depakote.

OKAY POINT IS: Seems Depakote stabled! Prozac isn't enough yet. AND I have NO MANIA.

I see my Doctor Friday: I'm Hoping that since depression is still very low that he'll raise the Prozac, giving me a little Mania. I like mania - I get off my butt: I get a lot done.

Suggestions please? signed...
