i jest got turned down for help. jest i and a good enouth person to have a job i cant get help. i gush i dont deservie it. what is my life worth anyways. what hav i ever dune that make me worth the space i take up. i shud end it now. sory for taking up yalls time and space.

Can you explain a bit better what is happenning? Where did you go to get help? And what was the criteria for you not to get help?....... Hhhmmm........safety is your no.1 priority.......you must be safe for we need to see you here again, babe.......and again and again...... DO NOT go quietly in to the night!!........find somewhere else and FIGHT to get help........c'mon babe........YOU can do it........  We are with you........whatever you need.......we will try and help.......you are precious and important.......you have an important story to tell and we are here to hear it...... Get up, brush off that experience and keep going, one step at a time, one day at a time.......see your GP and get a referral to somewhere else......some of us have been through this at one time or another......we KNOW how you feel......it is awful.......but you MUST persevere  We are here........and you can DO it!! i got turned doen for a income based mental health center because because they do not work with "protanly vilant felions". i found one more place i can try a not for profit. we will see what thay have to say. i am not geting my hopes up this time. say la ve la ve. oh and i dont have a gp.
