Well what a surprise i got,with my grandaughters
BPD symptoms and a few other emotional ups and down,which i was handling
OK till newsws of grandaughter......triggered BIG TIME
Havent cut for bout sis months but all of the above can came crashing in on me.definitly back to DBP which i never should have stopped and groundng
online hereand just keep close to PYSCH CENTRAKrOXYANNE1

You care about your granddaughter and are worried and want to fix it. That's very sweet It sounds like whatever is going on is a sudden realization for you and it feels like a jolt, a shock. Becoming aware of something that needs attention, doesn't necessarily mean it needs our immediate attention, and we can allow ourselves room for our feelings and time to think about what they mean and where to go from 'here'.

I look forward to the time I can notice BPD symptoms in myself. I'm new to investigating what having BPD in myself means
